So I went out this am - I found and EGG!!!!!

I went out this am to feed and water the chickens and let them out for a while to range and I opened the coop because the chickens tossed the golf balls out of the nest and I wanted to put them back into the nest but in the nest was this perfect little brown egg!!!!!

I went inside the house and had my daughter come out and see for herself!!!

The funny thing is that in this coop the younger two SLW and the barred rock all from 7/20 hatching slept there and this was a warm little egg. So one of the younger pullets layed this egg!

I am thrilled to say the least. I also discovered the chickens were not eating the cat food I added to thier feed!

YEAH!!!! Finally an EGG! No more chicken conspiracy!!!!!!
