The question that nags at me is this one. Who will be the first to establish a moon base? SOMEBODY will, eventually, mark my words. Will it be a private company, or NASA, or someone else? My money's on the company.
The idea, as ridiculous as it sounds, fascinates me. That could be a serious moneymaker right there. Who WOULDN'T want to visit the Moon?
