Awwwww poor baby! First you need to wash the blood off so we can get a better look. Sit her in a container of warm water. Let it soak a few minutes and try to wipe off what you can. Then can you take another picture? I'm seeing something about 2" below her vent, but it could just be blood matted feathers. You need to make sure the blood is coming out of the vent and not from a cut or something below the area. Might she have caught herself on a piece of wire or part of the cage?

Just wash it off with nice warm water and a little mild detergent to dissolve the blood and so that you can see what is going on . Then go from there . How many were in the cage? Looks like pecking to me - a prolapse would probably not be bleeding like that on it's own. So she either caught it on something sharp in the cage or one of her "friends" did it to her.

ok gave her a quick trim and bath and there WAS a small prolapse which i gentle pushed back in and so far its stayed, but theres a hard crusty yellow thing just below her vent? should i try pulling it off? the blood on the picture is on the feathers, not coming from the crusty thing

the big thing you see in the photo i cut off, it was a big hard solid ball of poop by the smell of it
shes constantly flexing her vent...is that normal?

I would try rubbing some olive oil into the skin around and under the crusty thing with a q-tip. Try to soften it so it 'lets go' of the skin. If its stuck on good and you pull it off, you may pull some skin off too.
