So we used our own eggs on Easter for hunting. Well our roo recently came into his own, so all our eggs were fertile. When the kids were peeling the eggs and eating them they noticed the bulls eyes on the yolks.

Every single kid was like "what's this?" Of course our 7 year old pipes off with "That's the baby bullseye!" explain that one, lol

I made deviled eggs -- first time I ever noticed how much the bullseye really STANDS OUT on a hard boiled eggyolk. I never really noticed it before

If you want to test fertility, hard boil the eggs instead of just cracking into a bowl

Can someone explain the bulls eye? or does someone have a picture? I thought my eggs where fertile and gave some to a young couple to incubate and none were fertile. I have some in the incubator now and think I may be wasting my time.
