I can bet this dog was scared..but i bet it still didnt act ANYTHING like a wild coyote...
AND WHY would they release a "coyote" that didnt act wild?? Didnt they even think about the repercussions of releasing a non-human afraid "coyote" in the wild?
So..even if they were stupid enough to mistake this dog for a coyote... what WERE they thinking? Certainly not about anyones safety....
I still vote idiots....
I just hope that they lied about releasing it, and they did indeed put it down.... so at least its not suffering somewhere....

If I was the owner, I'd just have to lose my job and stay out behind a Home Depot until I found my dog. However, if I was the owner I would have had some ID on the dog somehow.
