So someone is trying to convince me I need goats...

I am also one of those that don't own goats but I want goats!! I have read books and more books, joined two forum groups and am asking lots and lots of questions. I want to be well informed and ready when I make the plunge. I have the acreage to do it but then I have to fence and house so it's gonna be awhile for me, but soon in the near future I hope.

Well, you guys are convincing.

I think we're gonna do it -- two Nigerian Dwarf does. Man those things are adorable. Your pictures prove it, Nubiansrus! I'll have to give some consideration into the A. I. stuff. If I am lucky, someone around here already has a buck that I can use for stud service. But I am still waiting until spring! I need to get through this first chicken hatch and see how I fair with my chicks!

(not to mention I need to now convince my husband that goats are a good idea... it was hard enough to do with chickens!
