So....talk about.....CANCER SUPPORT THREAD !!

Ok I know nothing about cancer but I follow this thread to check up on everyone I am praying for. So I have a suggestion on the smells thing. When pregnant the first time i could go almost no where because I was so ill from smells. I got rosemary oil since it was pleasing and did not make me gag and carried it everywhere. I spent a lot of time sniffing that scent. It is strong enough to cut through most other smells. Each pregnancy this has been a severe issue so I at times carried rosemary sprigs with me, fresh lavender, and even some fresh lemon peel. It was also useful to be able to rub some on my hands and meditate for a bit when I would get over anxious.

I also use something called unkers which is essentially for your muscles aches but it can be use for colds and such. Very strong, distinctive herbal smell. I find it super pleasant. When I have to go somewhere like the slaughter house to pick up the beef we just had processed I rub some under my nose. It has kept me from embarassing myself with my weak stomach. I really hope any of this might help you.

I've had to use the "natural stuff" Helped a lot. Someone one on another thread used the prescription stuff and they were finally able to keep things down.

Look up artemisia and the natural derivative atremisinin, otherwise known as wormwood or sweet wormwood, but not the same as the wormwood used to make absinthe. It grows wild across the northern US and around the world. it is a recognized treatment for parasitic infections, and is proving to be an effective anti cancer drug. It acts by attraction to iron which is more concentrated in cancer cells, and cancer cells have more iron uptake receptors. The artmisinin is a peroxide, and it reacts with the iron destroying the tumor cells. Very good for breast cancer, as well as some other types.

Baking soda creates a hostile environment for cancer cells. Best when solution is injected close to the tumor, but can also be taken orally to raise the body ph to 8.0 to 8.5, which is monitored using ph paper for saliva

Final note: aspergillus is a fungus that is everywhere but is especially found in hay and feed. It is opportunistic and can colonize the human body when the immune system is suppressed. Symptoms are typically attributed to something else (cough, cold, pneumonia) and the fungus produces a toxin that will keep the immune system suppressed. This means it goes untreated, spreads to vital organs, and eventually causes death through toxins it produces. The UK has a great informative site, but the US is seriously illl-informed, including the medical community.

To reduce the fungus in hay and feed, a solution of 1/8 tsp baking soda to 1 quart of water can be misted onto the hay or feed. At that concentration it completely inhibits the fungal growth of aspergillus.

All the above is information found in scholarly research posted on the internet. Do the research for yourself and make your own informed choices about yor health care.

I think that adds so little sodium to the hay or feed that it would still be safe for chickens.

Doc told me no treatment today. Had to go to the ER on Monday due to a fire ant bite. Just 1. Sent me into one of my "fits". Took my shot, called 911 next thing I knew I as being propped up by a paramedic. (Sweet guy, he's the one that tried to help us with Spooks IV last year when we couldn't get it going.) ER doc tried to blow it off as everything was fine, how did I even know I was bitten by fire ants if I didn't know what time it happened. Say what? I was in the garden watering the snow peas and it bit me!! I've been bit by the dang things enough to know what a fire ant bite feels like! If it wasn't for my plastic surgeon being in the ER at the time, I would be dead. I was trying to get off the gurney and leave. But he made me stay there until they gave me the drugs and wouldn't let the other doc come anywhere near me. I spent yesterday sleeping off all the drugs and today my insides are falling out because of all the drugs. What's that saying, "If it don't kill you it'll cure you"? Sometimes I wonder if just giving up and dying would be easier, lol
