Hi deerman! How are you?
Coyote - so sorry to hear that Kandu kandidn't.
But if Katie is enjoying life and you're not getting bit, that was meant to be. He'll work out somewhere else. You can take your time and see when it's right to get a buddy for Katie. And I agree with 3goodeggs on the animal thing. Glad you're doing well with the treatments.
Orp! Funny thing you mention not wearing the mop.
Today for the first time I went out in public without the mop! I've been doing my yard & house and going to the mailbox w/o and was just getting used to it.
But today was official! It's long enough that it looks like I have this style on purpose....teehee. Ah FREEDOM. I'll be taking a pic soon - I think I need a little styling junk or something....you guys can tell me what colour it looks like.....I see mousy brown with grey......
who cares? it's HAIR!!
Chicknmania - Attitude is BIG.
I saw my oncologist on Wed and she was amazed at how I "sailed" (her words) through chemo. She said it was attitude. Radiation was more of a bug in my butt, but that's over now. On with life.
Except I do still have chemo brain......it's like a momentary loss of reason for a second or two then it passes. The "duh" is wearing off I noticed. Which is always a good thing.
I'm just getting over a nasty cold that DH brought home from the rehab for physical therapy. Talk about duh from a cold and leftover chemo brain. I was working overtime
