I'm good. I'm more than half way across the state. They doubt we will even get any rain.
I'm worried about my folks however. They are down there in Cumberland County, NJ. If the storm comes in the way they are talking, the back-bays are going to get hit really bad. Could take out all those tiny town of Newport, Seabreeze, Fortescue, Plus the ones further down between the East Pointe and Cape May LightHouses. My folks live in a very low area just above the Maurice River and below Union Lake. If the dam that holds back the lake goes (it wasn't built to specs), it will take out everything in that little niche just west of the town of Millville. Do you think my father will go to my sisters up in Vineland who lives on much higher ground. NO! Plus there are shallow underground wells and streams all over that area which won't drain fast enough if the rain comes down heavy and fast. The alley behind our house, our neighbors lot, and another neighbors basement always filled with water during summer storms but would drain quickly after the storm passed.
I'm praying for ya'll. Praying Praying Praying!!
