So... what's going on with my ducks wing?

Hi, my ducklings turned 9 weeks old today. About two weeks ago, I noticed a few feathers on my Cayuga hens wings were bent outward. When I touched them or pressed the wing to her side, she would not show signs of pain, so I figured she was fine and they'd straighten out eventually, but the bend is still there, so I figured I'd post some pics and see if I should be concerned. Thanks in advance for any responses.

Possibly Angel wing but it sounds and looks more like flight feathers growing in..They will hold wings out like that..What are they getting as feed?

They are getting 20% poultry starter grower feed. I know that's not no teer ideal but they will be switched to grower finisher in a week.
