Soap makers Soap SWAP!

I haven't gotten to the salt bar yet becasue I am blindly putting my hand in the bag and grabbing lol. So far I have used the swirled heart shaped soap, strawberry and champagne, lavender, and MLF's. They are all wonderful! I am running out of room to put the soaps that I am using. Yours will be next ok Morgaine?

Not yet. Remember that I'm behind all of you guys 'cuz I had to take them to church for review before I tried them. Who all wants feedback on their bars? If I know who wants feedback, I'll try to prioritize the order in which I use them.

What I'm doing is giving each bar 3 days in the shower so that I can get a real feel as to how it is over several days then switching to the next one. I'm grilling the entire family on their impressions.

So far, I've used MissPrissy's and just started this morning on Morgaine's Grandma's Kitchen.

You could tell me how you like mine if you want to. I think they might be a little scratchy but that might have just been the first batch that was real scratchy.

Morgaine I just love your Lavender and Rosemary Spa bar! It felt great when I took my bath this morning. I decided to relax this morning so I figured the spa bar would be right up that ally lol.

Ok so I have been using my tea tree oil bar.. natural antibacterial

but it kinda sticks to your skin.. does anyone know why that might be.. like when you rub the bar lets just say down your arm in the shower it is kinda hard to slip.. some input on this might help me in the future..

right now we are in the middle of soccer season so soaping for me is not going to happen.. but with soccer season over in 5 more weeks

I can soap again..

What's in your recipe? Beeswax can cause drag in soap. Are you using enough olive or castor oil? I would make sure the bar has enough water to lather too.
