I am the proud owner of my first flock of hens! I have five hens now, though I started last summer with six (lost one to a bobcat). I have two leghorns, a rhode island red, and two partridge cochins. I live in L.A. County with my teenage daughters, boyfriend, large dog (150lbs), and cat. I just started a blog to reflect on my chicken experience.
