Soft Egg Shell

I have a hen whose has been laying eggs with soft egg shell and they are breaking, other eggs are fine, feeding oyster shell.... Any ideas or suggestions these hens are 10months old, they are BO and GLW Thanks

How long has she been laying eggs? Has she laid regular, hard-shelled eggs before? I often get the soft-shelled variety when my chickens were just coming into lay, sort-of "practice" eggs until they got their equipment running on auto-pilot.

I have been getting eggs since nov/dec, the soft shell thing just started. Maybe the one just started laying and she just needs more time??? I have 3 BO and 1 GLW, i also have a GLW Roo
I got last mother's day, I haven't had chickens since I was a kid. Thanks for the advice
