Soft egg

Hi all, I'm relatively new to chicken keeping after acquiring my Ancona bantams last summer. This last week some of my girls have started laying again, and this morning I found this soft egg, it has a skin but no hard shell around it! Is this cause for concern? My pullets are last years hatch and are not old, they get a quality layers pellet, oyster shell, mixed corn ( as an afternoon treat) and fresh greens daily. Any feedback would be welcome... Here's a picture of the egg....

It's actually pretty normal for a few shell-less eggs to happen when a hen starts back up production after a molt.
