Soft shelled eggs and impacted crop issue?

A few days ago my hen Angel started to lay soft shell eggs
The next day I noticed her crop wasn't empty in the morning she doesn't eat or drink anything
She's less active how can I help her?
I gave her a warm Epsom salt bath and massage her crop

She may have another shell-less egg stuck. Give her a calcium tablet. It will help get the egg out.
