That makes 6 dozen this week. I'm only charging $2.00/ dozen for free range chicken eggs so that helps. However I'm almost a mile off the main highway on a dirt road. This week is the first eggs I've sold. maybe the word will spread by word of mouth. here's a picture of the sign at the end of my driveway. I lowered the price as none were selling at $3.00

Don't worry, you'll have some repeat customers as soon as they taste those free-range eggs.

Congrats on the sales! You might also try putting an ad on your local Craigslist, as a way to get people in to begin with....since mine aren't laying yet, I buy my eggs from a guy who advertized on Craigslist and happily drive the 15-mile round trip to get them, 3 doz at a time.

My son (age 10) sells our eggs door-to-door each week. He always sells out. He goes to beauty salons, gift shops, wherever his little feet take him. He sells his eggs for $3.00/dozen.

i wish mine would lay enough that i could cover more than about 2 doz a week being sold....maybe 3 if im lucky
