The big coop is not yet finished nor occupied. Farmer Lew has been busy with his and HHandbasket's move - plus building a nifty coop under their deck!!! for their flock up in the foothills.

Nope, I do not see 62 chickens! I hope that they love their new home, and are out of that dangerous area soon.

I'm heading up that way later today to meet with them and go look at two, maybe three homes for sale for ME to consider, as I plan to move to the foothills, too. For my retirement in a few years. I'll still be here, renting, because the commute to work would be a killer. But this is my Easter day excursion.

I'll get more photos of the rest of the Compound and the flock later this week.
