Can't help you dear... I've got 50 chickens in the coop, 8 in the brooder, and 40 in the inkybator. Oh, and 6 mallards on the pond, 2 in the brooder, and 10 developing.

I feel your pain. Mom won't let me get an incubator LOL. I am getting 15-25 chicks later this year. As soon as the coop is done, I can't wait to get them.

I went into the feed store the other day too.. I just got chicks about 2 weeks ago.. anywho the feed store only had bunnies.... how cute... and then she mentioned to me... (because I was buying more chick food) we are getting more chicks in 2 weeks...

Now that she TOLD me that ... wow how to resist..

I drive all over central NY for work. I pass by so many TSC stores. I can't actually "pass" them without stopping of course.

None have chicks yet. Next week for many of them. I am soo screwed next week.

I just now told DH that my broody's chicks are hatching today. He said "oh wonderful!". I said "They're outside...not in the house"
He gave me a thumbs up, so that must mean he's starting to like chicks....right?
