I let the ducks out of their winter house for the first time this spring. They immediately went to the pond and it looked like the black duck was going to be drowned by the white one. It would appear they aren't both females.

I looked at the picture again, and it looks like it might be young, so it's probably not flying yet, and it's possible that it is male... hard for me to sex them just from pictures when they're young.

Something got my female duck and her 3 babies that are a few weeks old are swimming around in the pond and won't let us near them. What should I do?
