As long as they are ungraded and unlabeled, and you sell them to him as an individual, what he does with them is on him.

I thought of that, or before the shop is open for the day, or after closing. I am giving them to him as an individual. It was an agreement between me and him as he lost his flock to wild dogs and still wanted fresh eggs.

They are ungraded, but what do you mean by unlabeled? I just use recycled cartons with other people's info on them. Do I need to cover that up?

Well if I really thought I was doing something wrong, I would just apply for the $23 license. But I don't, so I won't.

The way I read it, if they aren't graded you don't need the license. I think you're ok. I would do it - especially if free coffee was involved
