Someone please help

Few hours ago I found a dove on the floor, it hasn't tried to fly, it can't stand, I've checked it's wings and no obvious breaks (I'm doing animal management/vet nursing) and it can still easily move the wings and hold in the right place, one foot is fine, whereas the other is like curled when it tries stand and that why it can't walks maybe it's fell and hurt it's foot? Again it's legs have no obvious breaks as it still kicks them about, think it's the foot. What do I do? It's very stressed so for now it's in a dark quiet box, what the hell do I feed a pigeon/dove whatever it is, I have chicken food and chick caring basic food and vits, nothing special. Oh also what is it? What do I feed it, how do I help it?

Dip its beak in luke warm water to show water close. if not eating, gently poisition layer pellets each at a time down towards your left side, as crop on right side. same if dropping water gently down. i cant see well in pic, but looks like young dove. all pigeons bred from rock doves, but this color could be something else even though shape of obvious young bird few weeks old (probably fell or dropped by cat etc. may have dammaged leg foot, or sickness/weakness from nest. a drop of poultry vit n keeping in eighty to above temp, may make dramatic effect better in days.
