Sadly I had to cull Elvis.

She was infested with maggots. I tried to clean them out but they were under her skin, I just couldn't get them out. My daughter (she is 9) told me it was now or never and she was right it was time, around her eyes was starting to get very pale. I just couldn't let her suffer that. So she's happy now in chicken heaven.

O no, a dog got my turkeys and looked just like that, they are healing very good, we doctored them everyday putting meds on there backs and the feathers are coming back, sorry I know how you feel
