Something Fishy - a thread for fish owners

I had four cat fish, two of them died.
I had two algae eaters, both of them died.
I had two betta fish males that I separated and then one of them died.
I had three red platies, one of them died.
I recently got two snails, two twin-bar platies, and two green lantern platies.
Overall, I have nine fish and two snails.

How’re everyone’s fish doing? I just lost one of my panda loaches It’s so weird, I just saw it and nothing seemed off. I hate it when this happens. I at least want to try and help.
One of these days I’ll get enough algae off my tanks to where I’m not embarrassed to take pictures. Lol! Between my kid’s dental surgery and way too many hours at work, I’ve fallen behind a bit.

I currently have my betta, two catfish, one twin bar because the other one died and two of my huge red bully platies that bully all the other platies.
and two green lanterns.
I've had a few baby platies before but I don't care much for them and just watch them until they 'mysteriously' disappear.

I have 2 tanks running at the moment. 75g and planted dirt 29g. I had 4 at one point but it got to be too much. I am actually going to be dismantling the 29g and stick with just the 75g. Our well water is not good for aquariums to I have to cart in all the water from town. It is too much with the two tanks. Hopefully all my fish will be okay with integration but I will have to give away a lot of my plants.
My fishies are:
denison barbs, odessa barbs, tiger barbs, zebra danios, kribensis, bristlenose pleco, platys and some serpae tetra. I think that is all. Ooops. I almost forgot my angel.

I would take some pictures, but like @Fishychix, I have fallen behind in my cleaning. (spending too much time with the chickens )
I have pictures somewhere on my computer but would need time to "fish" them out, but right now it is bedtime.

I do the same thing with my guppies. Not that I particularily dislike them, but there’s SO many of them! What I don’t like is when a large, very blue, betta disappears! Not a single sign of my Lil Dude! I’ve had it happen once before in the same tank with a female Celebes Rainbow. Not a clue as to where they went. Other fish have expired in this tank and they’re pretty visible, not being inhaled by the yo-yo’s.

Are you spying on me? Who told you I had dozens of fish/tank pictures somewhere on my computer? And, that I’ve been spending an inordinate amount of time with the girls?

hello! I have three tanks currently, one houses a school of zebra fish, the other one is a guppy breeding tank and has some itty bitty ghost shrimp, the third is my fry tank . I’m currently working on fixing up my dads fish tank which I have been bugging him to clean but I’ve decided to take matters into my own hands as it is absolutely disgusting.

Hi! I currently only have a 29g tank with some tetras, danios, and neon tetras in it. And an albino pleco and a rainbow shark. I love that little dude, he is so cool looking! I used to have a 46g bow front tank that I had african cichlids in. I would love to get them again, my favorite. I even unintentionally bred my electric yellow a few times. I was shocked the first time I saw the fry in her mouth!

Good luck! Just remember to do it slowly so the fish can acclimate. They’re used to these levels of bacteria and cleaning too much too quickly can shock your tank. Yours look great

Congratulations! The only thing I seem to get are more guppies. I sometimes see a couple of fish spawning, but then nothing.
