My brown chinese gander, Charlie, has been acting really off lately. He is will be 2 this spring and has a mate Lola that he is very bonded to. Just lately he has been going off by himself, not honking or making much noise at me in the morning when I let them out and not eating regularly although has been drinking on the regular but also seems to sit down alot more too. I was thinking it was all the snow at first and his feet were cold but no one else is acting like they are freezing.

My first thought was impacted crop but he is still eating, just not as much as he normally does. There also seems to be a really slight amount of discharge dried around his eyes.

Thoughts?

Aspergelious [sp] is something geese and ducks can get it's from wet and moldy bedding, it can be deadly, Read this : wwwshagbarkbantams.com I have been using it in my coops and also spraying it on my goose ,ducks and chickens once a week. Hope he feels better.
