Something is wrong with my hen's eyes! (pictures)

I am very concerned about her eyes. This morning she came right up to me and so I started petting her and she was super calm which was kind of strange because she doesn't usually do that. There isn't any pus or discharge and she can see okay. Her eyes seem like they are itchy she always tries to rub her face on her feathers and sometimes with scratch them with her foot. She seems a little more tired than the other hens and sometimes when she sleeps she will sleep on her side. She also has a delayed reaction when I put out food or treats which makes me concerned about her eye sight. I am wondering if she has some kind of infection and I am not sure how I can treat it or if she is contagious. I am considering calling a vet just to be safe.Please help!! I would appreciate any advice. Thank you!

Unless someone else here has a better idea I would get to the vet ASAP. From your description it sure sounds like she has some kind of infection. I would separate her from the rest of the flock until you know for sure what is going on.

Open an eye and see if there are worms moving around on her eye. They will be white in color or clear looking, about 1/8th inch long.
