Something is wrong with Smokey

Happy to hear she is doing so much better. If you going to TSC get the liquid b complex in the cattle dept and start giving that to her 1 ml a day you can give it over a treat so she get the full dose and it will also be good for the rest. Poultry Nutridrench is another great product to have on hand.

Are her legs joints equal size to you? If she can stand, can you get a picture forward standing? I would not use brewer’s yeast, which is not accurately measured, but either get the B vitamins that @Miss Lydia recommended, or some human B complex tablets, and crush 1/4 tablet each day into her food or a treat. I use a microplane grater, and just grate it over food and mix well. Ducks need extra niacin normally. Leg problems, such as a leg bone deformity or a slipped tendon, as well as an injury can be common in all types of poultry. Pictures of how she stands a little farther back can be helpful to determine what is going on.

Is there bone poking out? Gently feel her knee and see is the bone seems to be out of place compared to the other leg. If it is just hot and swollen, he may have just fractured it. You could maybe try to ice it? I know she is cold, so maybe ice it for brief amounts of time? I read online that birds with broken or injured legs need a warm and quiet environment. When my chicks are sick I give them hay to nest in to get warm. Hope this helps Smokey!
