Something pink attached to egg during hatch? Help

I've searched around a bit but couldn't seem to find anything on any help...

I've got Day 18 Coturnix quail hatching throughout the day today and I spotted one with some weird stuff attached to the egg. The pink-ish colored stuff at the bottom. Hoping some one has seen this before and can tell me more about it?

The egg is pipped and I see tiny movements within

Looks like membrane from another hatched egg. I'm guessing it's not attached to the egg at all.
