Something Wrong with Crop

I don't know a lot about the crops but her crop has been consistently large 24/7 for months. She does the strange choking action and as of late seems to be acting unlike herself. In all honesty I thought she just had a large chest until I started reading up but I guess this can be a Problem? She grazes okay with the flock and is still laying. What steps can I take to help her through this because I read a million different things and don't know what to do.

Her crop never completely empties?
Have you check it first thing in the morning?

Or she could be eating sand and such, that will cause a very full crop
