Either that, or they just want every good thing to themselves. Too many people are selfish these days. I can't say I'm not, but at least I try to respect other people's space.

Pie? Yum. I love chicken pie, apple pie, blackberry pie ...

Beef pie, not so much, after my mummy told me scary stories about what goes on behind the scenes at processing chains.

I'm really sorry, Ray. True, I don't understand everything your feeling, but I can definitely relate. Your not alone just keep going; life is a roller coaster and sometimes you find yourself seated next to jerks.
Shrug off insults, however frustrating they may be to you. Maybe you could find some new friends, some true ones. They may be a pearl in disguise. But maybe you notice that in some situations some girls act differently than others, even in the case of someone dropping their books on the floor, or maybe a quick grin...? Who knows. They're out there, and when you do find one hang on to your dearest her/him like the world depends on it.

Surrounding yourself with people you enjoy and want to hang out with is important, too. I'm not here to give you advice on your life, and please excuse me if you feel like I'm talking where I shouldn't...but an interesting thing you could try is being kind (not overly kind) to the people that tick you off...not saying spiteful words, but being nice.

I have another rant tonight.

Do you know the sort of people who can think of nothing but themselves? You try to talk to them: one sentence later they've diverted the conversation back to be about them and what they want to talk about. They're usually boring as heck, except to those who actually have an interest in what they like going on about. Oh, and it happens on the forum too. Except I can't just be rude and say "Only reply if you're actually interested in what I'm saying", there are those who quote my post and try to make me start talking about whatever interests them. Grow up.

You're not the centre of the universe. I mostly ignore those "replies" but it still annoys me.

Today I was seated next to the most stuck-up jerk in my school for the exam. She kept sighing. I don't know if it was because I was a little sniffly from my ex-cold, or she didn't understand the questions...

Sorry. I shouldn't think like that.
