That reminds of my niece's comment. She was showing her friend our chickens and pointing out the roosters. She then turned to me and asked, "We all eat chicken, but can you eat rooster?". Uh...sweetie...roosters are chickens. She had no clue that chickens were a species with HENS and roosters.

Her friend had to comment and add that her mom has 2 chickens and a rooster.

People are funny.
