Poor Neil Diamond has been diagnosed with Parkinsons and has had to retire from touring. Here is Sweet Caroline (it's hard to know which song to pick, his songs are all so catchy)

If remember correctly, "Sweet Caroline" was a song he wrote for Caroline Kennedy. Daughter of JFK.

I like a lot of them, but he's such a good performer, I like even the songs I don't much like because he does them so well.

I like his pop songs best

I don't have any of his CD's (when he went solo) But do like this song very much. It has a message..

Went back 4 months to check if I'm possibly double posting.. Looks like I'm safe.
I listen to this or another version almost daily. The VIDEO is also VERY BEAUTIFUL. Just cant seem to get enough.

Here is a version on Guitar. DS plays guitar. He would be playing an Acoustic Classical guitar. Need to get the tabs. I could see us sitting around a campfire and doing a duet. May need some practice. I usually like to play about 4 verses, and improvise/change each from the base original.

If not familiar with a didgeridoo (I was not familiar with 10 years ago) Here is some music by Xavier Rudd.
DS seen him a few times. Couple years ago Xavier was playing in Chicago Old Town Music Fest. After he played and took a break, son approached him and started to talk to him. Pleasant conversation. When they parted, they embraced with a friendly hug.
Xavier is a down to earth kind of person.
He is a one man band. From Australia. (down under)
The sound does have an Urban Style Beat to it. His music is unique. There are others that do play the didgeridoo. Will post soon.
