Songs You Hate to Hear!

Ummm.. Guns and Roses, Can't stand them! In that welcome to the jungle video, ever noticed how Axel Rose dances like a cockatel?

He just sways his head to the left, then to the right! What a Nerd!

I LOVE Gn'R!
NERD?????????
Axl Rose might be a prick and a sicko [recoding himself getting naughty with his friends gf, and including the noise during the guitar solo on Rocket Queen] but to me.....he's a great dancer in his own way and back in the day.....he was HOTT! In appearance, he's my dream guy! I think he dances pretty cool in that video, and I loved the hair!

Augh! I love that movie! It's EEEEEEEEEEVIL, like the Frooits of the DEVILLLL.

(I don't know how one would spell that pronunciation fo Fruits). I quote that movie all the time, but other than my sister and a few friedns, nobody gets it. Obscure movie quoting is not so funny to people who haven't seen said obscure movie.

Great movie! And we quote from it, too. We love the "head" skit. "Head! Move! It's like an orange on a toothpick! I bet he cries himself to sleep on his enormous pillow!"

We go to the San Antonio Highland games every year and I'm always tempted to ask one of the pipers to play that Rod Stuart song!

My family loves that movie, too! And we quote from it too, especially the "Head! Move" ("I bet he'll be crying tonight into his (huge?)pillow!") lol Glad we are not alone!

I hate just about any Toby Keith song, and am afraid to think about any others because I can already hear Toby Keith in my head just because I was thinking of him from this thread... I'm afraid what might happen if I think of anymore songs i don't like this close to bedtime...

Anything by Nickleback - anything! My son makes fun of this by doing a Nickleback parody song that is about nose pickin' & other objectionable behaviors.

I am very proud to be an American, very proud. Don't like that song, though.

Taylor Swift gets on my nerves.

Most rap music makes me cringe. I know a good many African-Americans who are community & family oriented. It is a genre of music that casts an ugly light on an entire community.

Other than those, I really like most music: older country, jazz, 80's pop, bluegrass and Classic Rock.

I actually like Meatoloaf - Love Bat Out Of Hell and really like this song - it's off of the follow up album

My mom hates Bridge Over Troubled Waters... When I was 10 we were at a local pizza joint, that had a jukebox, and me being the evil spawn that I am just had to load up the jukebox with a few dollars worth of Bridge Over Troubled Waters! I got in soooo much trouble! I'm sure I was grounded! But hey, I was 10 and it seemed like a funny thing to do at the time!

Sadly, that song is, according to my mother, my parent's "song". I never minded it too much and I rather like a lot of Simon and Garfunkle. I especially like The Boxer.

My favorite part - gives me goose bumps every time I hear it:

In the clearing stands a boxer
And a fighter by his trade
And he carries the reminders
Of ev'ry glove that layed him down
Or cut him till he cried out
In his anger and his shame
"I am leaving, I am leaving"
But the fighter still remains

I can't stand Feeling Groovy......I don't think Paul Simon likes it either. Remember the skit of him on SNL and he was in hexx and it turned out to be an elevator playing all the annoying S&G songs over and over?
