My cockeral is 3 months old. He developed sores on the knees with some redness but no pus. I noticed this yesterday when he seems lethargic and stopped eating. Poop looks alright. I also searched for bumblefoot but he has it on both knees. This for sure isnt from any injury as last month i also noticed a small sore/scab on his knees and ignored it. Could anyone help please.

Welcome to BYC. Can you post a picture of the chick? Has it been sitting/walking on it's hocks for some reason? That would sound like a vitamin deficiency (riboflavin) or signs of other possible diseases of the joints, such as viral arthritis or mycoplasm synoviae.

Here are the pics . He has been walking normally but he has been lazy. Today his poop was watery and whitish. And he isnt eating again. I put neosporin on his hocks. :( i want him to survive. Ahh my poor butterpuff

Thanks for your reply. He along with other buddies love to roost. I had to feed him his favourite boil rice today. I have never fed him crushed egg shells but will try.
May i know how to check his body temp as it seems warm to me?

So sorry it is the crushed hard boiled egg's not the shells but if you like a lot of people crush up the shells and feed them to the egg laying chickens to replenish the calcium they loos when producing egg's .
