if someone has that much time on their hands, then they need to get a hobby, preferably one that does not include lying to people and wasting their time and energy and making them genuinely upset over something that isn't even true. I can not imagine how horrified everyone who has actually lost a child must feel.

I have to admit that I fell for it, though truthfully I was getting highly confused about "their" life after the supposed "accident" occurred. That was the beginning of making it tough for me to swallow, and kicked up some of my unpleasant memories. I lost a babysitter (who was also my next door neighbor) and multiple classmates when I was younger in various drunk driving accidents. I was terrified of driving for years. Got my license at 16 but refused to drive anywhere other than school until I was 18. Wouldn't even drive the highway without having a nervous breakdown until about a year and a half ago... and I'm 29 now.

I kept telling my husband how badly I felt for "Jenn" with all what she was going through, and kept updating him on the "babies". All I can really say at this point is, oy. Sorry to everyone who feels taken advantage of. But the one thing I am certain of is that whoever this person is (because there's no way to be sure if "he" is really named "Luke" or not), they truly are crying out for help. I've seen individuals who are going through a personal crisis (such as abuse) that have a strong desire to get people's attention, but are too afraid to tell them what's really going on. So to this person who caused all the ruckus here on BYC, I have this to say. Get yourself some help.

I believe you too- Who in the world would make up a cyst story? Oh and by the way - I'm glad Hubby is better but I will miss that cyst thread!!! It's a pity that "Luke" didn't use his story telling talents to do something good instead of something totally disgusting and repulsive. !! All the time he spent lying , he could have been sharing his real problems and got tons of support . Look how much response you got to your husband's cyst. I'm sure all the chatter and laughter helped you and him get through it a whole lot better. Shame, Shame , Shame Luke!!
