Sorry this is gross, poop question?

HI again, our chickens that we have in a run, (because they are young and unfortunately all roosters) have really gross droppings. It is super runny and makes a (sorry) really disturbing sound when the poop.
Any ideas? It has been like this for a long time.

I'm not sure but maybe it could be their food, what are you feeding them? x

Well, we started with the grower mash cycle, then we used to have hens with them too so layer pellets, then we sold all the the hens so now the get wheat.

and the second paragraph at the bottom says
'Grit needs to be provided at all times when the birds are not on pasture in order to help digest the whole grain.'

I'm not sure an all wheat diet is good for them. Maybe try going back to regular feed with them.
