SOS Help my rooster can't stand

My lavender polish rooster is less than three months and i just found him dragging his leg unable to move it at all. Me and my father both cant find anything wrong with it physically thats obvious so i have no clue what is ewrong with my baby or how to help. Please help!

If you examine his leg, is he in pain? Does it seem like he has a dislocation? If his leg seems paralyzed it can be a symptom of Marek's disease.

He diesnt seem to be in any pain so that might be it thank you so much. In about to go check on him again. Do you have any suggestions for what i should do?
