Sour crop- is it to late to save her?

Yes, continue with the Monistat. Now we know what is causing her crop to back up, a blockage in the intestines. She has a serious condition. It's a blessing you're so on top of things as this can be fatal.
She’s not out of the woods just yet.. hopefully we, since your guiding me can save her. I just gave her .5ml corid drench... I think if she could talk she would totally be cussing me out.. and I’m sure she hates me at this point... lol! It’s for the great good! 😂

I just went to check on her and her breathing looks a bit labored.. does this mean she’s on her way out? Or is it because she’s pretty sick and just got straight corid?

She's very sick, but she's in good hands. Keep her warm but not hot. You can use a heating pad to give her warm comfort.

I have had a sick pullet for the past two months, and I clipped a heating pad onto the inside wall of her sleeping box for her to snuggle against at night if she craves extra heat. The last two nights it was ten below, and maybe 20F in her coop where her sleeping box is. She snuggled right up to the heating pad. I like it vertically so she can move away from it if she doesn't need it.

What’s wrong with your pullet? Hope she’s going to be okay! I have Gracie inside at the moment so I can monitor her. I’m hoping to bring her back out there in a few days when it warms up a little here. It’s supposed to be in the 30’s towards the end of the week. I’m hoping to see an improvement in the next day or two with the medications. Keep your fingers crossed!

I went to give her the evening dose of the monistat and her second dose of the antibiotic for the day and I noticed that her stool is still bloody but it’s a dark almost black colored blood. I’m assuming it’s not good that it’s almost black?

I can't tell you what it's from, but yes, this is serious. But she's on the antibiotic and we'll just have to trust it to do its job. You were very lucky to have it on hand and were able to start her on it immediately. You've without a doubt saved her life.

You haven't seen my thread? Here it is. https://www.backyardchickens.com/th...update-now-another-pullet-going-lame.1432738/

I still don't know what's wrong with her. It's some kind of nerve eating disease, but she's recovering steadily, and is beginning to walk again. But she isn't strong enough to roost, so she sleeps in a special bed on the floor so she has always been able to remain with her pals.
I just got done reading through poor May’s recovery. I’m so happy she’s on the mend and continuing to improve! You have certainly gone above and beyond and you can just tell you love all of your feathered beasts! 🥰❤️🥰

This is just a nail biter moment by moment with her. It’s the worst watching your pet decline and trying to help her.
