sour crop or impacted crop, its hard and poor thing is miserable. HELP PLZ

I agree, hydration first.
I also agree, plain water and some poultry vitamins (direct dose).

If it's hot and she's not wanting to drink the garlic water - give her plain water - see if she will drink that on her own. Most birds I have every had with a crop issue will usually drink plenty on their own unless they don't like the "taste" of it.

Once you have her drinking, read the article below for helpful information.
You DO NOT want to give a Laxative. Stool softener (which is not a laxative) can be given IF the crop is hard and boggy and not moving AFTER you have tried to resolve the crop problem with fluids, coconut oil and a little time.

My dear helpers!
you guys have been so wonderful in coaching me thru this. The mass has definitely reduced in size. but it is still there.... i gave her nutri drench and she literally pooped it ALL out in 30 seconds.... nothing solid came out just the liquid. would this even help? I'm trying to get the fiber out and this is not very encouraging.... what can i do more?

What does the crop feel like now - is it hard, doughy, etc.?
I would still work on hydration. Is she drinking on her own at all?
