Hi, my hen just came through a bad bout of sour crop and pneumonia. Her recovery was amazing. Now, a day after I finished her last dose of nystatin, the crop is big again and she's going downhill.
Is this typical with sour crop? Are there cases so bad that they need longer treatment? Or a sign of something else wrong?

Started her on another round of nystatin and baytril yesterday. She doesn't want to eat or drink on her own and has green runny poop. But us very alert, talkative and fairly active. Also, her crop does seem to be going down.
I'm starting to panic. I lost a hen last year to cancer. Wondering if this one also has cancer.

Still no dramatic improvement. Her crop is not going down much. Is this typical for bad cases of sour crop or something worse? Not sure if I should wait for more improvement or have her put down.
