Crops that are full of fluid can be caused by many things further in, like worms, damage from worms, bacterial infections, cancer, etc. can you post a picture of her poop?

Upon lifting her tail up, I saw a ton of maggots on her vent. Is it possible they're the cause?

They sure could be... you need to get her inside, wash her rear end, remove *all* maggots and check for a wound, especially around her vent. This is quite serious and could be life threatening.
