Sour crop

I'm also a little perplexed here: I have seen comments that you shouldn't give a chicken with sour crop an antibiotic...but then recommendations that I try fishzole, which is essentially amoxicillin (and antibiotic). Any thoughts on this, chicken vets? Again, I'm trying to get an antifungal, but I'd like to know thoughts on the fishzole/antibiotic thing for future reference.
FishZole *is* an antibiotic and anti-protzoal (metronidazole), and will *not* treat yeast infections. For yeast infections, you need something like Ketoconazole for fish, which you can get without a prescription. Dose is ~10 mg per pound of body weight twice a day.

I've given her about 5ml of 50/50 apple cider vinegar, and didn't want to do much more than that all at once. I've got some friends who are able to get nystatin for me tomorrow, but does anyone know what the dosage would be?
What kind is it? Let me know and I'll look up the dose for you. Can your friend get you any fluconazole or ketoconazole?

I’ve just purchased API Fungus Cure for fish tanks, though I hoped to get some feedback on if I should use this before administering. I saw it was a product at my local petsmart and raced up to buy it seconds before close just in case— if it’s no use I’ll return it!

As far as a vet trip goes— I do have an avian vet very close, but money is quite tight right now. They’re definitely a last resort!

I would not use that.
Active Ingredients:
3 mg of Victoria Green B and 30 mg of Acriflavine per packet.

@JacksonPearce , I understand money being tight, so if you want to try treating yeast, get the nystatin from your friend and do like @rebrascora suggested and use the vaginal cream. Do you have an established relationship with an ob/gyn? If so, call them tell and tell them you have a yeast infection and see if they will prescribe some fluconazole.

Fish-zole is Metronidazole, a broad spectrum antibiotic.

I wouldn't recommend an antibiotic for sour crop. It's a yeast infection, and would be better treated with an anti-yeast medication such as Nystatin or miconazole. The former requires a prescription, the latter can be found over the counter in women's hygiene products.
