Sour crop

Thanks! I just ordered some from this place. https://www.canadavetexpress.com/pigeons-treatment/medistatin-for-birds/p263.aspx Don't have a pigeon store anywhere within a couple hundred miles. Nystatin has been on my wish list for years!
It's great stuff! Glad you were able to get some.

I also just found fish fluconazole:

Er, well, scratch that. The store is closed. I've got a single monistat suppository in my house, so I'll divide that in three and give her one piece tonight, just to see if it has an impact before calling the vet tomorrow afternoon! Whew. What a process this one is...
:fl
Yes! I've moved her indoors, though that has it's own set of problems since she's now housed with my URI birds...but they've been recovering, so perhaps she won't catch it. Only so many chicken sick bays available. :(

She's actually not terribly weak, but is clearly not her normal self.
Glad to hear she's not too weak. What does her poop look like?

Don't underestimate the oregano oil massage. They are serving it up on certain poultry farms to reduce antibiotic use. Vet rx is oregano oil essentially. Good stuff. She most likely has this blockage from eating long bits of hay or bedding. some birds also get sort of a stretched out crop and lose tone and muscularity to it, I believe, and have these pockets of excess crop tissue in which food does not get pushed through, staying too long and fermenting. Sometimes this is referred to as 'slow crop'. You might find outside pressure in the form of a birdie bra may help mechanically move things along.

You should clear her with vomiting. (the scary part) then do massages to move that blockage if possible. medicate with the rx (fluconazole) from the friend. this will paint the inside lining of the crop to fight the yeast. crumble in a soupy small serving. to see if it will move along. Maybe a day after the treatment.

Fishzole is Flagyl in human medication terms. Antibiotics allow yeast to flourish by removing competing bacteria (good and bad) from the crop. I don't suggest any antibiotics at this point. Sugary concoctions will also feed the yeast infection. I heard once of giving a shot of wine and the bird expelled and passed everything rather quickly. All I can think of is the yeast and sugars in the wine in that suggestion.

@TwoCrows has had some good Sour Crop experience and suggestions before.

She just pooped and it's rather white and fairly small. She ate the half hard boiled egg I offered her with the monistat third in it like a madwoman, though, so her appetite is far from gone. She does sound very gurgley though.

She's in the garage with a heat lamp and two other hens, so hopefully she and the drugs will spend a night happily healing. :)

Sounds like maybe she has a blockage that causing her crop to not drain. Can you post a picture of her poop?
