sour crop?

Yesterday I noticed a hen had water or something in her crop. Today she wont eat anything and is not walking around. there is still water type stuff in her crop is this a sour crop? what was it caused by? how is it cured?
 
should I be feeding her anything? I have her separted with some yogurt but she wont eat it
