Nicole thought she was feeling better today. She even went to class (she only had one class today & a test she did not want to miss) - by 11 am she said she woke up feeling normal - just tired.

I had to go by TSC afterwards and she got to feeling bad again - she did not seem to comprehend she would be weak and did not want to sit in the Jeep.

I tried to tell her! I swear she is a stubborn as her mom!

Luckily she is feeling better now - has ate some soup!

I am EH. If I could sleep longer than 2-3 hours at a time and if I could actually accomplish something..ANYthing during my waking times...I would feel better. Maybe.

Susanne, what a nice invite. I bet you will be all settled in your new home by then. Kimberly, hugs, hope your day settles into a good one and Nicole continues to feel better.

Our 6 little peeps are doing well. They have ventured out to the rest of the whelping box, and enjoy exploring the big room they have. My female dobe thinks they are hers and would love to get in that whelpng box and nurse the pees. Somehow, she doesnt get it that they dont nurse.

Glad she seems on the mend!!! Now what does EH mean? I got lost there...LOL and I suffer from insomnia off and on...!!! Luckily I am in an "off" period right now! I am currently using the "counting chickens" method! HAHA

Zero to Seventy-Two in 6 months...CHICKEN MATH...counting chickens...

6 months ago...zero chickens...tonight I did a count...72... here goes!

21 Roos - 42 Hens 9 unknown sex = 72 birds of varying ages! plus...plus...17 set in 'bator tonight!!!

OMG

p.s. Those are my faces of addiction!!!

So what are some of you guys stories of getting hooked?

YOU COUNTED??? Are you insane? No one counts. Stop that! I think I can count mine without seeing them...........OK probably not. I refuse to tell how many I have in the incubator. Mainly cause last count was 62 and I have added some.

Did I mention - I won a nest box couple of weeks ago.........and this week I won a dozen hatching eggs? I think I need a lottery ticket

Yes, I just counted...mentally without seeing them...they move too much for that! ...on the back of an envelope by picturing all the different coops and brooders...isn't that how everyone does it?

And YES! sounds like you have a lucky streak started! get wild...spend that $3 on a lotto!
