Chicky, it's taller than a baby gate? He's done this twice now!! There are ladies on his side. Guess the others are more appealing to him

I have one that will get over anything under 3 foot. He probably is after the other ladies.... He wants all the ladies! You could try placing something up so he cannot see through the fencing. I hung some feed bags between two pens so they could not see each other.

My silkies have always loved to roost and currently roost 4ft high only because that is as high a roost as they have. They have a 2ft one staged to get to that one but easily hop to the 2ft. and might I add that the pen is 5ft and when I go in there to feed on the black Silkie's BAD day...he easily flies from the floor feet first to my shoulders to "ask"

EH means I am alive. Not happy and not bouncing off the walls. But alive LOL!

Yeah I am used ot the insomnia.......for no reason. I do NOT like having a reason for it. I get it bad in spring & fall.

Kimberly- I get insomnia also and I have very very wild real dreams(usually nightmares) and for the first time is years I finally get sleep at night. I started taking Alteril it's an all natural sleep aid. I take two about 30 mins before I want to go to bed, and I sleep through the night and don't wake up feeling all drunky feeling. I try to only take them the night I have to get up to go to work just so my body doesn't get use to them and they stop working...maybe this will help...

WOW...I only have 67,plus 3 quail, and one pigeon...then 99 quail eggs in bator(one or 2 already stinking) and 23 in other bator with 31 waiting to set!!

YOU COUNTED??? Are you insane? No one counts. Stop that! I think I can count mine without seeing them...........OK probably not. I refuse to tell how many I have in the incubator. Mainly cause last count was 62 and I have added some.

Did I mention - I won a nest box couple of weeks ago.........and this week I won a dozen hatching eggs? I think I need a lottery ticket

Most are! some do get their feathers in a wad and are grouchy/assertive/mean.

Mine do not roost. And won't even try. They do pile up......usually two piles.... and the second in command roo stands guard. At least when everyone first settles down he does. IDK about later in the night. Of course they can't see to roost either LOL!

Stop feeding those silkies of yours super hero feed!
