This is how my hatch is going...
My one and only silkie
Had only 4EE to hatch..Wierd thing is I got a YELLOW baby. I don't have any light colored EE's only blue, and black. Now I wished that I could get a light colored baby to lighten up my flock..Well someone was listening...I thought it was a silkie til I looked at its feet and it's skin color is pink. Those EE you never know what you will get!!! LOVE THEM!
Got more blue Babies and an odd red/brown EE baby.
I have one polishXsilkie egg that may hatch but I think it may not, I also leave my eggs in the bator an extra 4 days because I had one egg on my last hatch that hatched at 24days...slow cooker I think. Had a lot of infertile eggs and some chicks looked liked they died about 10-14 days into incubation.
oh noooo that will not work. Those guineas wouldnt think of entering the house to lay eggs in the incubator.Robert, I bet you could come up with some excuse.... "Wow, look where the guinea has been laying~in the incubator!"![]()
Now that I think of it, I could leave the window open a little in the room with the incubator, hmmmmmoh noooo that will not work. Those guineas wouldnt think of entering the house to lay eggs in the incubator.![]()

ok, now keep in mind, we lost a guinea boy to a car, he sold one of my girls and we lost a keet today, so I was right we had 50, I just didnt subtract the few losses we had since I got back from nationals.Besides, We only have 47 guineas counting the 2 week old babies![]()
