South Carolina

Amanda from Darlington, SC here!! I have 51 free range chickens, just to name a few; 3 buff brahma bantams(hen, rooster, and 1 female chick), 4 black copper Marans, 3 Rhode Island reds, 6 Ameraucanas, 2 full black polish pullets, some orpingtons, 2 all black silkie roosters, and 5 silkie chicks that I don't know the sex of, 1 leghorn, 2 barred rock hens, 2 cuckoo Maran hens, 3 golden laced Wyandotte bantams, 1 Plymouth Rock chick, and plenty others too numerous to go into... I would love to get in touch with people that have silkie hens (preferably) or pullets for sale or trade... Honestly it's just great to see so many people here in SC that love chickens as much as I do (if not more)! NICE TO MEET Y'ALL!!!

Sounds like chicken math has taken over.

Definately! I started out with 13 and then it escalated... 27 are adults/juvies the rest are chicks in our brooder... Plus whatever we hatch... I am chicken obsessed, my husband says I've gone crazy, but our children (4,5&6) love them and love to help take care of them. They are healthy and have lots of yard to free range. I LOVE IT!

I mean come on, with the markings and the mouth open??? How precious is that lol. The whole family is excited. In fact when I told my grandparents, they said they want to come with me to get him.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I really think TSC products are going down the drain. I have bought Purina feed that was bad and yesterday not the first time this has happened, I bought 2 bales of pine shaving just to find out when I brought them home they are all wet and moldy. Never again will I go there. I will start buy everything from Southern States Coop. Already been using there feed and it is much better and cheaper.

Take them back to the store and have them refund your money. To be perfectly honest, each TSC store is different. There is one I will not buy from ever again but another store is better so I go to them.

I agree, Southern States is much cheaper!

Yea, I'll be taken the one back. Had to use the other one. I guess it just makes me mad that stores sell junk. That would be like me selling rotten eggs to somebody.
