I had a heat lamp at night but by now you should be fine putting them out without one

I put all mine outside with no heat lamp at around 3 weeks. No natter the time of year. They feather faster grow bigger to me.

Your chicks must have come from the TSC where I go.
I have 5 BO that should start laying this fall and 10 more layer chicks coming soon.
I only have one Barred Rock laying right now.
