Have not tried as my coops are mobile. Though On this set of birds I decided I'm splitting up the roost and nesting boxes and will try this moving forward

Finally got the last of my parts for my watering system, float valves were on back order. Currently doing coop upgrades, hopefully the water system will be in by the weekend. have to swing by Lowe's or Home Depot, for a 1 micron water filter.

Hey all! We have 2 Cornish Xs (pullet and roo) about 10-12 weeks old. They were sold to us as California Whites, so we weren’t prepared for meat birds. Anyone in the area want 2 ready to cull birds? I got a bit too attached and can’t take care of it myself. Since I know it’s the humane thing to do I would love them to go to a home that would appreciate them for all their meaty goodness.

Temporarily on hold, as are coop upgrades, family in town until the 5th, ugh... I'll post pics when back on track.
