Hi Robin! How're all the girls laying there?
Unless we have a catastrophe here, I'll have Ameraucana eggs available. Haha, I have 5 Ameraucana pens and it's just #2 Am' pen that was 'breached'.
There are 4 doz of those eggs from #2 Am' pen...

Hey Everyone! What a great day, although a little overcast. Me and the wifey got up at 6. Had some coffee then went "yard saling." Got a new mirror, both got some brand NEW shoes, she got some candle holder things, and a wine glass set that goes with our grape/wine theme in the kitchen.

To top it all off, went to a house down the beaten path and picked up a FREE Ameracauna Rooster. He is Mainly white, with red, black, orange mixed in on his back.

I decided to put him in a pen with my black sexlink hen. I bet their children will be pretty. Will post a pic of him asap!

It's been raining for hours!! Which is great for my gardens-not so great for coop building. . .so we gave the ducks and turkeys a bath. They were in desperate need. The ducks loved it. The turkeys tolerated it. . .Now they are inside under a brooder light until they are completely dry. Not that the covered porch is much cooler than the house, but I don't want the draft from the back door to get to them. . .especially since that's the door we use the most.
